To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation process, we have established the following Cancellation Policy:Cancellation notice and fees:We have implemented a cancellation notice period to ensure fairness for all clients and to cover the costs associated with last-minute cancellations. We require a 24-hour notice (Japan Time) for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. We will adhere to this notice period and ensure we don’t cancel your appointment at the last minute. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee.1. If you cancel 24 hours before the start of your booking, you will receive a full refund (Japan Time). 2. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours (Japan Time) before the start of your booking, you will be charged 100%.3. No refunds for pre-booked or arranged tickets, admission fees, boarding tickets, and other requested reservations. 4. Bus and train tickets that have already been booked may not be refundable.Refund:Please notify us at least 24 hours prior (Japan Time) to your tour reservation for a refund.No-show fee:When a tour is missed without prior notice, it affects our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you expect from us. Therefore, we have implemented a no-show fee of 100% of your tour fee. Emergency Situation: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.How to reschedule or cancel:If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.RefundIf the tour is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time (Japan Time), the tour amount will be refunded using the same payment method.※Transaction Fee:The transaction fee incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total tour fee.※Processing Time:Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days (Japan Time). However, certain credit cards/ bank accounts or other factors may affect this timeline.Alternatively, we offer the option to reschedule for another date or destination, subject to availability.Cancellation by Clients:Clients have the right to cancel their bookings. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, applicable fees will be charged. For more information, please refer to the top of the page (Cancellation Notice and Fees).Cancellation by Our Company:On occasion, external events beyond our control – such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other significant disruptions – may necessitate the cancellation of a trip. In such cases, we prioritize the safety and interests of our clients.- In these cases, our staff will proactively contact all affected clients to inform them of the cancellation and explore alternative travel options.
